What it is
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) are prepared from a small sample of your own blood, concentrated to isolate platelets and growth factors, and then reintroduced into the skin through micro-injections or alongside microneedling. Because it comes from you, it is a deeply natural approach designed to help stimulate repair and renewal. A pre-treatment consultation and a prior evaluation are required before treatment.

Recommended sessions
An initial phase of 3 to 4 sessions spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, then maintenance every 4 to 6 months. Your consultation confirms your personalized plan.
Aftercare
There may be mild redness, swelling, or small bruises for 24 to 72 hours. Avoid makeup for 24 hours, saunas and intense exercise the same day, and direct sun for 48 to 72 hours. Stay hydrated and use SPF 30+ sunscreen daily, every 3 hours.
